What you’ll want to know before you call.

Nobody should have to sit through a whole interview to find out the basics. Here they are.

What you need
A current Oregon barber licence — it’s state law, and there’s no way around it. If you’re licensed in another state or finishing school right now, apply anyway and tell us where you’re at.
How you’d get paid confirm
We’ll tell you the exact numbers in the first five minutes of the conversation — rent, split, or a mix — and you can hold us to them. No games with the math.
Your hours
The shop runs weekdays 9 to 5, and every barber sets their own availability inside that. If you want to build slowly around another job while your book fills, say so — that’s normal here.
Your clients
Yours. You keep your Booksy profile, your prices and your regulars. If you ever leave, they leave with you.
What we’re not
We’re not a chain, and we’re not a chop shop. There are seven people here who care what the fade looks like when you turn the chair around. If that’s not you, this won’t be a good fit and we’ll both know quickly.
How fast this moves
Apply, and somebody from the shop calls you. If it sounds right, come cut in the shop for an afternoon and meet the crew. That’s the whole process.
